Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Ft Myers, FL area. If you're looking for a role where your time, skills, and independence are truly valued, this is your opportunity to take control of your schedule while providing meaningful one-on-one care.

Your Role as a Home Health LPN
Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
Perform patient assessments and assist with care planning
Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and care plans
Monitor patient condition and report changes to the supervising RN
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
