Head of Project Management

Project Overview: Consulting Solutions is undertaking a significant project to build out approximately 4000+ desktops for their clients' end users. The goal is to physically install all desktops and printers by mid 2025. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support this program.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate onsite resources to schedule rooms and resources.
Manage logistics for the project, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Utilize Excel and Pivot Tables for project tracking and management.
Oversee End User Computing (EUC) activities related to the project.
Perform administrative tasks associated with the project.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in coordinating onsite resources and logistics.
Proficiency in Excel.
Experience with End User Computing (EUC) environments.
Strong administrative skills.
Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in similar large-scale IT build out projects.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
