We partner with schools to provide Speech Language Pathology (SLP ) services to PreK-12 students nationwide. Our mission is to deliver high-quality Speech Language Pathology (SLP) services while making meaningful connections in a collaborative learning environment. This is a full-time, on-site role as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) serving a school located in Janesville, WI . The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be responsible for providing therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents). The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with students with special needs.
Job Details Full-time school-based role with a 37.5-hour weekly schedule
Responsibilities include providing individualized therapy services, completing comprehensive assessments, consulting with educators and families, and managing an assigned caseload
Paid hours include direct services, evaluations, documentation, treatment planning, team meetings, and other professional responsibilities
Fully on-site position in a collaborative educational setting

Receive ongoing guidance and partnership from both the school district and the TheraPeds team
Competitive compensation of $60-$80+ per hour, with estimated weekly earnings of $2,250-$3,000+
Requirements Qualifications Master's or PhD degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program
State License as Speech-Language Pathologist
Department of Education Licensure as a SLP
CF-SLP placement may be available
Experience working with children
Fingerprint background clearance
Physical Requirements Working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.
