Manage 2-4 projects concurrently with values of $15-25M+ annually.
Own the project financials and job profitability.
Orchestrator of the project team - client, architect, superintendent, project engineer, etc.
Manage and communicate change orders, purchase orders and invoices.
Daily communication with your project teammates.
3-5 years of Project Management experience
Proficiency in the following computer software systems: MS Office, MS Project and Procore
The ability to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as computer keyboards, copy machines, and computer printers
The ability to occasionally lift and carry lightweight office items like supplies or equipment
5-7 years of Project Management experience
Knowledge and proficiency in the following computer software systems: MS Office, MS Project and preferably, Procore
Must be able to stand, walk and climb multiple sets of stairs while carrying materials weighing up to 40 pounds
Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel when necessary
