Temp Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter for a long-term temporary assignment in Commack, NY. This individual will support full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of positions and partner closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and onboard top talent. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be proficient with either Greenhouse or Workday ATS.

Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake through offer acceptance

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies

Source, screen, and interview candidates through various recruiting channels

Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS

Track recruitment metrics and provide hiring updates to stakeholders

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or corporate environment

• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse or Workday is required
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience supporting professional, administrative, corporate, or operational hiring

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Pay: $35–38/hour Schedule: Full-time, onsite in Commack, NY (8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM) Duration: Immediate through February 2027, potentially longer
