Associate Chaplain - Part-time

Status Part time

Works to effect appropriate liaison with clergy by coordinating spiritual care with community clergy.

Provides Spiritual Care and counseling to patients and families

Provides summary of activities and completes charting for spiritual care interactions.

Participates in specially scheduled team member meetings of the Department of Spiritual Care and Education. Takes initiative to maintain active and regular supervisory meetings with immediate Supervisor, and regularly reports professional activities to same

Physical Requirements Works throughout the facility, with patients, team members and families. Education, Experience And Certifications Graduation from an accredited Theological Seminary or Divinity School required. 1 unit of Clinical Pastoral Education by an accredited ACPE center required within 1 year or hire.
