Compensation Package

Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of 100-125 claims, including litigation cases.
Handle claims related to General Liability, Commercial Auto, and Property Damage.
Conduct thorough investigations to determine liability and coverage.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience handling General Liability, Commercial Auto, and Property Damage claims.
Active Adjuster License is required.
Strong knowledge of insurance coverage and claims processes.
Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to varying claim types.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
