Your Role:

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support quality resident outcomes
Monitor resident conditions, including vital signs, and report changes appropriately
Encourage restorative care to support resident independence and well-being
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided
Support and mentor nursing staff to foster a positive, resident-centered environment
Ensure resident comfort, dignity, safety, and emotional well-being
Follow facility standards, policies, and nursing best practices
Perform additional duties as assigned by management in a resident-centered care environment
Who We're Looking For:

Current Illinois LPN or RN license required
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Passionate about providing personalized, compassionate care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable and professional with reliable attendance
