We open at 11am and close at 10pm.About the Opportunities: We are looking for candidates that will be responsible for the day to day production of our products. This individual will need to cultivate a friendly and fun work atmosphere while performing well under pressure. This individual would need to be capable of working in a high pace environment. See more details below.The Prep/Cook is responsible for the following but not limited to these tasks:Follow food safety proceduresPrepare dough, sauces, cheese dailyEnsure recipes are followedDrive cleanlinessTrain new hires in BOH functionsPlace orders and properly put away received inventorySupport the kitchen including making and cutting pizzasOther duties as assignedMust be able to lift 25lbsMust be able to stand for a long period of timeBilingual Spanish and English is a plusMust comply with Cicis uniform, appearance, and operations standards as defined in the Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook.
