Restorative Nurse RN or LPN

NHC Springfield is seeking a compassionate and organized Restorative Nurse RN or LPN to support our restorative nursing and fall-prevention programs.

This role helps patients maintain mobility, independence, dignity, and quality of life while reducing the risk of falls and preventable complications.

Implement and oversee the facility's Restorative Nursing Program in accordance with NHC policies and state and federal regulations

Develop, monitor, and update individualized restorative nursing plans

Coordinate care with nursing, therapy, dietary, activities, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

Educate and support partners assisting with restorative nursing services

Review fall trends and help develop prevention strategies

Recommend equipment and supplies needed for restorative and fall-prevention programs

Current Tennessee RN or LPN license in good standing

Knowledge of restorative nursing practices and long-term care regulations

Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, restorative nursing, or fall-prevention experience preferred
