Client / Customer Care Rep

Part Time Client Service Representative VCA Orchard Plaza located in San Jose, California is looking for a Part Time Client Service Representative that has open availability for weekends!

Our hospital is located in the South of San Jose, surrounded by residential homes, pet friendly apartments, condos, and townhouses which makes us a go to for pet parents in the area. We are a fast paced clinic, always welcoming new clients and patients. As an AAHA accredited hospital, we strive to provide excellent care to every patient that comes through our doors. Customer service functions, including: greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms

Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.e., Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence

At least one year of proven past experience helping customers

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

and be exposed to hazards associated with pets such as allergies, contagious diseases, noises, odors, bites, scratches, and animal waste
