As a Food Runner at Charlie Gitto's, you'll be the critical link between our kitchen and our guests — making sure every dish leaves the line hot, accurate, and delivered to the right table at the right time. It's a great entry‑level restaurant job for anyone looking to break into the hospitality industry or grow toward a serving or bartending role.

We need a Food Runner who understands that timing and accuracy make the difference between a good meal and a great one. Thrives in a fast‑paced restaurant environment and stays calm under pressure

Communicates clearly with the kitchen, servers, and managers

Brings a positive, team‑first attitude every shift

Running food from the kitchen to guest tables quickly, accurately, and with care

Assisting servers with water refills, drink delivery, and guest needs

Communicating with the kitchen on timing, special requests, and modifications

Keeping expo and service stations clean, organized, and stocked

Supporting bussers, servers, and bartenders during peak service

Strong attention to detail and good short‑term memory for table positions

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must be at least 16 years old (or per local labor laws)

Flexible part‑time and full‑time scheduling

Clear path to grow into server, bartender, or lead roles
