Call Center Agent/Client Service Representative

We are seeking a Call Center Agent/Client Service Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to work in our call center and assist with a large volume of calls.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. Final compensation will be based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials.

As the face of VCA, the Call Center Agent sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. The Call Center Agent is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for:

Customer service functions, including: greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.

Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.e., Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.

Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all timesboth inside and outside.
