Key Responsibilities of the Respiratory Therapist
Provide respiratory care to patients based on established treatment plans.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families regarding respiratory issues and treatments.
Requirements of the Respiratory Therapist
Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
BLS and ACLS certification required.
Experience in acute care settings preferred.
