Part time or full time Bookkeeper

Bookkeeping Duties Include but not limitedto: We are a fast-paced manufacturing company seeking a Full Charge skilled Bookkeeper to join our administrative team. This position plays a vital role inmaintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, managing payroll support tasks, and assisting with general office duties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience, proficiency in QuickBooks, a basic understanding of general ledgeraccounting, and the ability to work independently with professionalism and confidentiality.
You will report directly to the Controller and collaborate with management, customers, vendors, bank representatives, and internal departments.
Maintain multiple credit card and checking account balances formultiple related entities, reconciling monthly statements
Maintain business asset and loan amortization data
Participate in annual insurance audits and reviews
Payroll & Timekeeping Support Verify time card accuracy
Reconcile and process employee payroll deductions for benefits, liens,garnishments and child support
Process payroll weekly including both paper checks and directdeposit
Enter and maintain employee information in payroll and benefitsystems
Administrative & Office Support Answer and route incoming calls on multi-line phonesystem
Provide administrative support to multiple departments andmanagers
Maintain document retention and archive prior-yearrecords
Create, verify and send customer invoices
Process customer receipts and prepare bank deposits
Track and report sales tax paid and owed
Maintaining accounts receivables - correspond with clients via email,phone, or web portal, to reconcile accounts
Required Skills & Qualifications 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, A/P, and A/R
Payroll and timekeeping support experience required includinggarnishments
Understanding of general ledger accounts
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Ability to research and analyze data to fixproblems
Comfortable with using banking, customer, and vendor onlineportals
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in financial and personnelmatters
