Responsibilities

Assess and monitor residents with respiratory conditions

Administer oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, inhalers, and other respiratory therapies

Perform respiratory assessments and document findings

Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members

Educate residents and families on respiratory treatments and disease management

Ensure compliance with respiratory care policies and best practices

Qualifications

Current Respiratory Therapist license (RRT or CRT)

Current BLS certification

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate.
