This is a 2nd Shift Opportunity - 3PM to 130PM (Weekends OFF)

Operating CNC machines, including mill and lathe operations, to manufacture parts according to specifications.

Reading and interpreting complex blueprints, drawings and other specifications to ensure accurate production.

Utilizing your expertise in 2-3-4- 5 AXIS machining to enhance our production capabilities.

Troubleshooting and resolving issues with CNC machines and other equipment, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.

Collaborating with our team to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and quality.

Calibrating equipment to ensure it meets production requirements and maintains the highest level of accuracy.

Training and mentoring less experienced team members, sharing your knowledge and skills to enhance their professional development.

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in CNC machining, including mill and lathe operation.

Proven experience in machine programming, particularly in a manufacturing environment.

A strong attention to detail, ensuring the production of high-quality, accurate products.

Experience in equipment calibration, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our machinery.
