Servers provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our Guests. Each server's primary objective is to make our Guests feel so at home and comfortable that they will want to return again and again.

Flexible Schedules
BOH Shift Meals/FOH Meal Discounts
Referral Bonus ($250 per referral, no limit)

The determination to become knowledgeable of all Metro Diner has to offer, including menu items, special events, and Metro Diner gear
The skills to take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
Poise and grace to handle Guests' questions and complaints appropriately
The understanding to prepare and present Guests their check, accept payment, and process credit card or accept cash as applicable
Experience as a Server in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to work as part of a team and help facilitate the smooth running of the diner as directed by the Managing Partner or supervisor
A passion for working alongside other Team Members to provide excellent service while growing the company financially
