Executive Assistant to Multi-Business Owner
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a multi-business owner and leadership team in High Point, NC.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities at once, and enjoys helping executives and teams stay organized, productive, and on track.
The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, tech-savvy, and confident handling executive communications, project follow-up, scheduling, and operational coordination.
Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars and scheduling using Google Calendar and Calendly
Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel, and logistics
Make and receive phone calls on behalf of leadership
Manage communications, emails, and follow-up tasks
Organize documents and systems within Google Drive
Track projects, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple businesses
Conduct project management check‑ins and accountability follow‑ups
Provide status updates and reporting to the Owner, CEO, and leadership team
Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, partners, and team members
Assist with operational coordination and day‑to‑day executive support
Help ensure priorities and projects continue moving efficiently
Qualifications
Must be located in North Carolina
Minimum 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience REQUIRED
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable making and taking phone calls professionallyExperience supporting executives, business owners, or leadership teams
Proficient with:
Google Calendar
Google Drive
Calendly
Strong follow‑up and project coordination abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
Professional, reliable, and detail‑oriented
Preferred Experience
Supporting multiple businesses or entrepreneurs
Operations or project coordination experience
Remote or hybrid work experience
Experience managing executive priorities and accountability tracking
What a Typical Day Looks Like
Managing executive schedules and priorities
Following up with team members on projects and deadlines
Coordinating meetings and leadership communications
Organizing operational tasks and moving projects forward
Providing updates and reporting to leadership
Handling calls, emails, and day‑to‑day executive support
This is a W‑2 position with compensation up to $25/hour based on experience.
