Nursing CNA FULL TIME

Apple Valley Village Health Care Center, a Cassia community, is hiring experienced Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team!

As a CNA at our senior care campus, you'll provide hands‑on care, assist residents with daily living activities, and play a key role in helping residents maintain their highest level of independence and quality of life. The ideal candidate is an experienced, dependable CNA who thrives in a team‑oriented environment and is committed to delivering outstanding resident care. Position Type: Full‑Time (includes working every other weekend)

Shifts Available: Days: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities: Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.

Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.

Document services performed on computerized charting system.

Assist residents with prescribed program activities.

Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.

Certified Nursing Assistant Qualifications: Current Minnesota Nursing Assistant certification required and in good standing on the registry.

Ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English fluently.
