We are seeking a Wound Care RN to join our healthcare team. Your primary function is to be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care in inpatient and approved surgical and ambulatory care areas. Demonstrate knowledge and application of the nursing process. Implement plans of patient care. Assist the Wound & Ostomy CNSs in quality improvement and clinician education activities related to wound and skin care.
Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing Required, Bachelor Degree in Nursing preferred Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.

• 1 year Wound, Ostomy & Continence care experience.
• LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: (list required and preferred separately) Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation. Certified Wound, Ostomy and/or Continence Nurse (CWOCN, CWON) required.
• BLS-AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of start Successful completion of the certification requirements for enterostomal therapy preferred 3 years hospital experience in Acute Care preferred Previous teaching experience preferred Benefits.
