Job Title: Delivery Manager
Location: Work From Home (WFH) Cincinnati, OH
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong background in Aerospace and Defense to lead our project delivery efforts. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in managing complex projects within the Aerospace and Defense sector, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget. Lead and manage the delivery of projects within the Aerospace and Defense domain, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, while effectively managing resources and stakeholder expectations.
Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to mitigate risks and issues.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies.
Proven track record of managing large scale projects with complex requirements.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; 15+ years of experience in project management, specifically within the Aerospace and Defense industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
