We're looking for a Bilingual HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants more than just an administrative HR role. This is a highly visible position where you'll be a key player in employee relations, union interactions, investigations, recruiting, onboarding, and workforce development.

What You'll Bring Fluent English/Spanish communication skills

Manufacturing HR experience

Employee relations and investigations experience

Union experience or exposure preferred

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Ability to build trust with employees at all levels
