Conduct a series of routine and advanced clinical lab testssuch as chemistry, hematology, and immunologywhile adhering to established protocols.
Ensure the accuracy of results through thorough analysis, troubleshooting errors, and conducting routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
Assist with specimen collection, ensuring samples are closely prepared for testing.
Meticulously document all procedures, train newcomers, and help maintain the high standards of the laboratory.
Foster a clean, safe workspace, while strictly adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.
A bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be achieved within one year of joining.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective collaboration within healthcare teams.
