Starbucks Barista Responsibilities

Create a warm and welcoming experience for every customer.

Prepare high-quality beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards.

Provide prompt, friendly service and communicate clearly with customers and partners.

Follow all operational, cash-handling, and safety procedures.

Assist with stocking, cleaning, and daily store tasks to keep the caf running smoothly.

Work as part of a team, contribute to a positive environment, and support new partners during training.

Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.

Quick learner with the ability to take on multiple tasks during each shift.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Barista experience is a plus. Food & Beverage experience is also a plus.
