Now, we’re entering a new phase of growth and are looking for a Picker to ensure accurate and timely material flow that directly supports production readiness and mission delivery.

Pick, pull, and stage materials accurately according to work orders and bills of materials (BOMs).

Prepare and deliver material kits to production in alignment with build schedules.

Maintain inventory accuracy through proper transaction entry in ERP/MRP systems.

Conduct cycle counts and support inventory audits as required.

Identify and report material shortages, discrepancies, or quality concerns.

Label, package, and transport materials safely within the facility.

Maintain organization and cleanliness of stockroom and warehouse areas.

Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and material handling procedures.

Support receiving, stocking, and general warehouse operations as needed.

1–3 years of experience in warehouse, stockroom, or manufacturing material handling.

Experience picking from bills of materials (BOMs) or work orders preferred.

Basic understanding of ERP/MRP systems for inventory transactions.

Basic computer skills (inventory systems, scanners, Microsoft Office).

Security Clearance.

Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.

Must have manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment.

This position typically operates in a standard office setting and manufacturing environment. This role requires use of standard office equipment and may involve exposure to equipment, tools, machinery, hazardous chemicals, or materials relevant to the role. This position may have exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, and non-climate-controlled environments. May require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) depending on the environment. to 3:30 p.m. with occasional overtime as operational needs demand.
