LPN Primary Care Clinic - Full-time

Job Title: LVN/LPN – Float Position Location: Clover, SC, 29710
Job Type: Full-Time Contract
Schedule: 32–40 hours per week, including every other weekend
Contract Duration: Approximately 6+ months
Hours: Up to 38 hours per week; shifts may range from 7–10 hours
Floating: May be required to float to nearby clinic locations
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused LVN/LPN to provide high-quality clinical care in a fast-paced outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room environments and be comfortable working with patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
Administer medications, vaccines, and prescribed treatments.
Perform phlebotomy and point-of-care testing.
Document patient information accurately using an EMR system.
Support patient education, care coordination, and disease management.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinical environment.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary care teams.
Float to nearby locations based on business needs.
Required Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license.
At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
Prior experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings.
Experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
Proficiency with EMR systems; Epic experience is preferred.
Current BLS certification.
Must be comfortable working a flexible schedule, including every other weekend and some major holidays.
Must be available to complete the initial three-week training and orientation period.
Note: This is a temporary/contract position. Conversion to a permanent role may be possible but is not guaranteed.

Salary: $35 - $38 Annual
