Associate Attorney - $125-150k
Our client, a well known law firm is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Associate Attorney
with general liability litigation experience to join their growing legal practice.
The ideal candidate will manage a diverse defense caseload involving premises liability, property damage, personal injury and product liability. This position offers direct client interaction, hands-on courtroom experience, and structured opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative defense practice.
Case Management: Handle all aspects of insurance defense and general liability litigation from inception through resolution or trial.
Draft persuasive legal documents, including answers, preliminary objections, motions for summary judgment, and discovery requests/responses.
Maintain regular, clear, and timely reporting to insurance claims adjusters and corporate clients in compliance with billing and reporting guidelines.
degree from an accredited law school.
Experience in general liability, casualty defense, or personal injury defense.
Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with local court rules, procedural rules, and insurance defense practices.
Ability to manage a steady caseload while meeting firm billing metrics and deadlines.
