Evening Facilitator

CRI is hiring for a part-time job coach in Rice Lake, WI for evenings and weekends. The position will be about 10-15 hours per week - hours are between 3pm-9pm, including weekend hours, but will vary based on your availability and our clients schedule.

What does Job coaching include?

highlight the client’s abilities rather than focusing on their possible disabilities

teach clients how to use their skills to be successful working for a business in their community

work to help the client be successful on their own, ideally after spending enough time with the client they should be able to do their job without you there anymore.

The critical role of your position is not to complete the tasks for the individual, but to demonstrate, support and document as our “clients” complete their work tasks.

High School Diploma, equivalent or teacher recommendation.
