Horizon Health is hiring a Nurse Manager for the 25-bed inpatient psychiatric unit at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Franklin, IN. The role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, providing managerial support, and supervising clinical staff. Key responsibilities include:
Creating and enforcing staffing plans to meet patient care needs.
Leading nursing staff development through training and evaluations.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for efficient patient care.
Ensuring quality of care and adherence to regulatory standards.
Performing RN duties as needed and mentoring new staff.
