Material Support Operator - Supermarket

Starting at $20.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for Weekend shift.

Shifts Needed: Weekdays -2nd Shift, 4:30pm - 3:00am (Monday - Thursday)

manufacturing teams are hiring! We are looking for Material Support 1 Operator in our Supermarket department within the Faucets Division. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.

Pulls orders to move, gather, or distribute products to internal and external customers.

Pulls materials and items from receiving areas to storage areas or to other designated areas.

Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.

Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or conveys orders to the packing station or shipping dock staging area.

Marks materials with identifying information.

Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.

Weighs or counts items for distribution.

Arranges stock parts in specified sequence.

Enters records in the computer.

Prepares parcels for shipping.

Maintains inventory records.

Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Minimum of 1 year manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience.

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Able to work above ground level while operating a powered industrial vehicle.

Forklift experience.

Order Picker, Reach Truck experience is preferred.

Forklift Certification: In-house certification is required post-hire consisting of 3-day powered industrial vehicle training, medical questionnaire, and eye exam.

The hourly range for this position is $20. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
