• You, as a Clinic Registered Nurse, manage patient care coordination. Your expertise guides the team in delivering top-notch care. Assess patient conditions, identify health issues, and create personalized care plans. Ensuring a safe healthcare experience is crucial. Guide patients effectively to prevent complications and delays in their healthcare encounter.

Prioritize patient needs, plan care. Energetic participation in quality improvement initiatives.
You will help patients, families, staff, and community learn about health care.

A solid grounding in nursing values and patient care standards.
