• *Full-time and part-time positions are available in our elegant dining rooms, private dining spaces, and banquet facilities. Servers provide à la carte, banquet, and special event service while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality.
• *Accurately take food and beverage orders, including detailed special requests and dietary accommodations

• Expertly serve multi-course meals, wine pairings, and beverages with proper fine-dining etiquette and timing
• Carry trays (up to 8–10 entrees), serve plated meals, and manage tableside preparations when required
• Memorize and articulately describe daily menus, chef specials, wine list highlights, and seasonal offerings
• Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth, timely service
• Assist with banquet setup, event service, and breakdown as needed
• Minimum 2+ years** of fine-dining, upscale restaurant, or private club/country club serving experience (required)
• Thorough knowledge of fine-dining service sequences, wine service, and food & beverage pairing
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak periods and special events
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to regular attendance (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
