A long-standing, physician-owned multispecialty group with 50+ providers and more than 40 years of established success is expanding its Dermatology division and seeking five outpatient Dermatologists. With multiple practice locations throughout the SF Bay Area, East Bay, Napa Valley, and Sacramento, this opportunity offers exceptional flexibility, professional autonomy, and an attractive work-life balance.
The group welcomes 2026 Residents/Fellows as well as experienced Dermatologists with ties or strong interest in Northern California.
Position Overview
100% outpatient Dermatology
No inpatient responsibilities
No MOHS surgery required or expected
Multiple Northern California location options

Compensation & Benefits
Negotiable $300K base salary
Signing bonus
Production bonus with excellent earning potential

Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
New grads (2026) and experienced Dermatologists encouraged to apply
Candidates with ties to the Bay Area, East Bay, Napa Valley, or Sacramento are strongly preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
