Transporter I Part Time

Medic 1 Ambulance is looking for a Part-Time Wheelchair Mobility driver. Wheelchair Mobility Drivers transport clients in a safe and timely manner to their destinations. They MUST have a clean driving record. Drivers are expected to assist in lifting/pushing wheelchair bound patients, and providing them safe and efficient transport to and from medical appointments, day treatment facilities, and any other place that is scheduled.
Qualifications:

Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Demonstrate safe driving practices
Ability to follow verbal directions, read maps, follow GPS
Reliable and punctual
Focused on customer service
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and sit
Ability to help move a minimum of 175 lbs with assistance from one other qualified individual
Able to lift and move a wheelchair
