Your Role as a Care Hero:

As a caregiver with Endeavor, you'll provide compassionate support and care, ensuring clients maintain dignity and independence. Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers, based on their individual care plans.

Encouraging clients to participate in their own care and maintain proper nutrition and hydration.

Keeping accurate client records during each shift in compliance with company policies.

Responding promptly and professionally to emergencies or client requests.

At least 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience.

Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.

CNA and/or Certified Caregiver license.

CPR and First Aid certification.

AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Card.
