TheraTree is a pediatric therapy practice in Western Kentucky who is committed to growing minds, bodies, and spirits through Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Mental Health Therapy. This new TheraTree location is in partnership with a local University. The current clinic and staff are established in the community and TheraTree's purpose is to further develop this connection and the help that the community can receive. This partnership will be made public in mid to late July. As an Occupational Therapist at TheraTree you can be a remarkable contribution to a child's life.
Responsibilities of an Occupational Therapist:

Screening & Evaluation for Occupational Therapy
Administer and interpret standardized assessments that identify deficits related to ADLs/IADLs and performance deficits such as motor, sensory, cognitive, social, attention and more.
Establish and update plans of care for Occupational Therapy
Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants as needed.
Make progress with patients directly and indirectly through occupational therapy treatment with home education programs.
Educate the public on how Occupational Therapy helps, such that the community sees help is available and possible.
Support the whole child with our complimentary multidisciplinary team approach.
Choose your passion with our various settings of outpatient in Owensboro and Henderson KY, remote telehealth, and/or school based setting. (Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
Registration obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist as required in the state of Kentucky.
