Responsibilities Coordinate design solutions applying industry knowledge while considering client and project parameters
Lead and support projects, providing design direction as assigned
Offer technical assistance throughout the complete design and implementation life cycles of multiple projects
Review designs and incorporate team‑identified value‑engineering options
Provide technical oversight for work performed on assigned projects
Communicate with team members, clients, consultants, project professionals, authorities having jurisdiction, and others to complete projects and promote client interests
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (considered)
Proficiency in Revit for independent and team design development
Knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or fire protection equipment installation and design principles
Familiarity with ASHRAE standards, National Electrical Code, International Building Code, International Energy Conservation Code, LEED, EarthCraft, and other relevant regulations
Proficiency in Computer‑Aided Design and Drafting - AutoCAD and Revit
Detail‑oriented and quality conscious
Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Visual demands include near vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
