Psychiatrist - ER (Physician )

Weekly outpatient therapy isn’t always enough, and a trip to the ER isn’t the only answer. This interdisciplinary team of trailblazers is continuing to build our adolescent and adult programs from the ground up alongside the leadership of well‑established clinicians and doctors working in PHP/IOP behavioral health care for the past decade.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Child and Adolescent or Adult Psychiatrist who is passionate about addressing the current nationwide behavioral health crisis, while leading interdisciplinary treatment teams within an organization that is redefining the standard of comprehensive PHP/IOP care. You will play a pivotal role in a growing, mission‑driven environment that accommodates psychiatrist autonomy to create innovative and individualized treatments for each patient.

Providing daily care to children, adolescents and adults enrolled in PHP and IOP

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning consistent with current evidence‑based practice

Adhere to documentation policies and protocols, documenting all patient contacts in clinical record

Participate in Utilization Review, Quality Assurance and professional development activities

Licensed or ability to obtain Illinois Board of Medical Practice Licensure

Experience with CBT, DBT, and ACT therapy modalities
