OLINDA will bring a fresh, stylish dining experience to the community, featuring a modern menu of shareable plates, chef‑inspired entrées, and artfully crafted cocktails. Designed to be both lively and inviting, OLINDA will offer a chic casual atmosphere that blends contemporary design with the warmth and hospitality guests have come to expect from Gervasi Destinations.

Opening in 2026, OLINDA celebrates togetherness and family, named in honor of Gervasi matriarch Linda Swaldo. The name is derived from the Portuguese phrase for “Oh, Beautiful,” reflecting the elegance of the space and the warmth of the experience.

Responsibilities

Clean and transport pans, utensils, and serviceware in order to provide cooks, bus persons, and servers with the appropriate equipment for guests

All other duties assigned
