Early Childhood Teacher School Year

We are looking for caring, curious, and collaborative Early Childhood Associate Teachers who are passionate about nurturing young children during these formative years. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

Create a respectful, nurturing, and joyful learning environment—both indoors and outdoors

Design engaging, interdisciplinary, and developmentally appropriate projects throughout the year

Invite children into the learning process by encouraging curiosity, exploration, and safe risk‑taking

Prioritize the health, safety, and well‑being of every child

Stay current in content knowledge, instructional best practices, and early childhood research

Differentiate instruction across content, process, product, and environment

Collaborate with colleagues and specialists to design curriculum that reflects Jewish values and traditions

Contribute to the development of individual child portfolios that capture each child’s unique journey

A genuine love for working with young children and supporting diverse learners

Proficiency with basic technology and educational tools (email, documents, presentations, etc.)

A CDA or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education

Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)

Associate Teachers must hold a minimum of a CDA)
