Boston’s Restaurant and Sports Bar ("Boston’s") is a family‑friendly restaurant and lively sports bar that specializes in handcrafted pizzas, scratch‑made gourmet meals, craft cocktails and local beers. As America’s Sports Restaurant, Boston’s brings the community together for sports events, birthdays, family reunions, coworker happy hours, fundraisers and more.

Summary of Position
Responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of all dishes, small wares and cutlery during the shift, as well as the general cleanliness of the work area.

Duties and Responsibilities
Business Affairs

May be required to assist in the training and development of new team members.

Cooperation, communication and teamwork are essential traits for our team.

Maintains a professional image and proper uniform standards while performing job related tasks.

Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Other duties as required.

Guest Experience

Responsible for ensuring dishes, small wares and cutlery are clean and sanitized for guests while dining with us.

May be responsible for cleaning duties throughout the restaurant, ensuring all areas are clean and sanitary for guest use.

Safety & Sanitation

The health and safety of our guests is a priority; cleanliness of the inside and outside of the restaurant must be adhered to in accordance with BPR and local health department expectations.

Proper practices must be in place to ensure food safety. This includes controlling time and temperature throughout the flow of food, practicing good personal hygiene and preventing cross‑contamination.

Proper labeling, dating, rotation and adherence to shelf‑life standards is mandatory.

Proper checklists and cleaning schedules are followed to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.

Maintains the dish machine and equipment according to the cleaning and maintenance schedules.
