Brighter Mind Therapy LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Buffalo Grove, IL. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families through evidence-based behavioral therapy. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment findings
Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BT staff
Track and analyze client progress data, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote generalization of skills across environments
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Proficiency in ABA data collection systems and electronic health record platforms
Experience working with children and/or adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities
