Contract Length: 13 weeks

Pay: $2028 - $2444 | Shift: 5x8 Days, Monday to Friday, 0500 to 1700

As an OR RN Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the operating room. Your leadership skills will be essential in coordinating schedules, managing staff, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care. This position does not require on-call duties, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care during your scheduled shifts.

Coordinate and oversee daily operations in the operating room

Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards

Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Current RN license

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education and related experience

Experience in a trauma center preferred
