Our team focuses on making a meaningful impact for our customers. We’re looking for a Technical Sourcer to help identify and source candidates for our engineering roles. Top of funnel is a crucial bottleneck in our recruiting engine and we’re looking for someone who:

Works with hiring managers and recruiters to build a deep understanding of what we are looking for in a role and can map that accurately to potential candidates

Can utilize creative ideas to stand out and help with particularly difficult searches

Has strong writing skills, and can craft messaging that engages candidates

Is data informed and is well versed in the metrics underlying their work

The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $180,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window.
