Perform service, repair, and maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and integrated systems of electric autonomous vehicles
Diagnose nuanced mechanical, electrical, A/C, and autonomous vehicle systems
Perform software and firmware updates
Create repair orders and accurately document work performed, including diagnosis, procedures, and parts used
Participate in fleet-wide hardware and software retrofits
Follow safety protocols and maintain a strong focus on quality and precision
Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with autonomous vehicle technology
4-8 years’ of hands-on experience performing automotive vehicle maintenance and repairs

• Strong ability to diagnose nuanced mechanical, electrical, A/C, and AV/EV systems
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and automotive shop equipment (impact guns, lifts, jacks, etc.)
• Solid computer skills with a strong aptitude for learning new technology and software
• Proven commitment to safety and high-quality work
• This role involves working in a mobile, outside and/or shop environment with exposure to dust, diesel fumes, noise, and mechanical materials such as oils and greases. This position requires regular use of hands to grasp, reach, handle, and operate tools and equipment. Technicians may be required to work at heights using ladders or elevated platforms and must be able to safely perform duties in various weather conditions.
