Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design: Updating and creating from scratch sell sheets, handouts, tear sheets and signs.
- Presentation Design: Design slideshows and decks needed for retail and medical presentations.
- Image Manipulation and Typography: Utilizing image manipulation skills and excellent typography.
- Trade Show Design: Designing materials for trade show exhibitions, including booth design, displays and promotional items.
- Packaging Design: Developing packaging designs that are both innovative and aligned with the brand identity.
- Social Media Design: Producing full designs for social media and developing concepts for A/B testing.
- Digital Ad & UI Design: Designing digital advertisements, e-mails and user interfaces.
- Brand Development: Assisting in guiding overall brand development for consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute design strategies and implement templates for increased work flow.
- Create and maintain design guidelines.
- Stay current with design trends and advancements in the baby and nutrition industry.
- Bonus: Editing basic video content and creating simple animations for social ads
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 3+ years in the graphic design field, preferably in the CPG, retail, nutrition or e-commerce space
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, Powerpoint
- Strong work ethic, great attitude, and the ability to maintain high-quality work.
- Effective collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience working in a remote setting with teammates in different time zones
- Independent project management and timely delivery.
- Creativity and strategic thinking to contribute to the brand strategy.
- Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to create visually appealing designs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving brand needs.
