Behavior Frontiers is seeking an Onboarding Assistant to join our El Segundo team. This role focuses on coordinating new hire onboarding, data entry, and cross-department collaboration to ensure a smooth start for staff in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
You will work with Recruitment, HR, IT, Training, and Client Services to manage tasks, verify documents, and support regulatory requirements while providing excellent customer service and a friendly demeanor.
