In the 2025-2026 school year, Brillante will have PreK3 through 3rd grade and will continue to grow one grade-level a year until 8th grade. Over the next decade, we plan to expand our network across the state of Texas to serve over 7,000 students. Join us!Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Custodial Team Member to join our Operations Team. The Operations team is responsible for designing and implementing efficient day-to-day systems and routines that contribute to a joyful school culture and the highest-levels of learning, instruction and organizational stewardship (finance, data, compliance, asset management, facilities, transportation, food, etc.). The primary responsibility of this role is to perform general cleaning duties - including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and restocking all bathrooms, cleaning classrooms, removing trash, and related tasks. By keeping our facilities clean, safe, and welcoming, this role directly contributes to a positive school culture and an environment where students can thrive academically and socially.
