Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy is hiring a Fill-In Physical Therapist to provide coverage for clinics across the Seattle Metro, stepping in when team members are out on vacation or sick leave. This role offers adaptable hours to fit your schedule and the potential to transition into a part-time or full-time position if you're seeking a long-term role.

Our mentorship program is designed to provide unparalleled support and growth opportunities. Participants receive 80 hours of one-on-one time with a seasoned physical therapist who has been highly trained to mentor others. This hands-on guidance will help you develop your skills and advance your career.

Residents in our program receive the full regular salary, ensuring you are fairly compensated for your dedication and hard work. PT Cohort Program PT Cohort is a two-year program designed to connect, develop, and elevate our physical therapists. Opportunity to work within a care team that provides support, where you can ask questions and learn from your peers both within individual clinics and across the organization. We strive for focused attention on each patient's journey toward positive health and wellness through shared decision making, concurrently maximizing each therapist's skills, knowledge, and experience.

Providing education and counseling to patient/family regarding treatments and goals, potential safety risks and/or other issues within scope of practice.

Documenting all evaluations, treatment, and coordination of care contacts via appropriate facility policies.

Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and requirements, as well as facility/agency specific policies and procedures.

Supporting special projects and other designated activities as assigned in support of TAI's mission and core values.

Physical Therapist license OR anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within 6 months.
